The Work We Take On
Jobs fall into these streams, and the same licensed plumbers and gas fitters handle all of them:
Emergencies
Burst pipes, overflows and gas smells, day or night: emergency plumbing.
Drains
Clearing checked on camera, jetting, sewer and stormwater lines, relining and root work: blocked drain clearing.
Hot water
Electric, gas, solar and heat pump units repaired, replaced or newly fitted: hot water repairs.
Gas fitting
New points, appliance installs, conversions and leak detection: licensed gas fitting.
How the Work Gets Done
- 1
The booking
You ring or send the form and describe the fault, so the right equipment is on board when we pull up.
- 2
The price
A plumber inspects the job and names a fixed figure up front. Nothing starts until you say go.
We provide up-front, honest quotes that will always match the final price, should you decide to go ahead. That promise matters most when a job opens up mid-repair, which old pipes tend to do. One customer put it plainly:
"Not only all of that but the job came in right on quote." Steve
Every job carries our 365-day warranty on all work, so if something we did isn't right, you ring the same number.
Where the Ute Goes
Charlestown sits in the middle of the run, and the suburbs next door each have their own page: Adamstown Heights, Kahibah, Whitebridge, Gateshead and Mount Hutton.
Knowing the patch. Working the same streets teaches you things a map never will: which streets drain through the 1959 clay sewers, which cottages near Ida Street still feed off galvanised supply, and how the newer unit blocks near the Square squeeze a whole building's fittings into one stack. The full service list starts at Charlestown Plumbing Co.
What Holds on Every Job
Four things, and they don't shift with the size of the job:
- Available 24/7, so an after-hours fault gets a real answer.
- It costs nothing to get us out to your door (excluding after-hours).
- Fixed, up-front quotes.
- 365-day warranty on all work.
